MyNews opens SuperValue store in Taman Merak

The store gave out free coffee and lollipops for the first five days of its launch.

Malaysian convenience retail chain MyNews has opened its SuperValue store at Taman Merak Simpang Ampat, offering freebies such as coffee and a surprise goodie bag to celebrate its launch, the company announced through its social media channels.

The store gave out free coffee as well as a free large Fruitty Pop Lollipops from 25-29 May through coupons on its MyNews app. It also rolled out a surprise goodie bag worth $0.23 (RM0.96) at a limited quantity, with each bag containing a random variety of products.

MyNews is a home-grown convenience store in Malaysia, offering pastries, ready-to-eat meals, soft serve and coffee on the brew.
