honestbee welcomes Christina Lim as vice-president

 

Online grocery and food delivery service provider honestbee announces the appointment of Christina Lim as vice-president, Marketing, effective 30 July this year. She will be based in honestbee headquarters in Singapore, reporting to honestbee CEO and co-founder Joel Sng.

In this new role, Lim will be a key member of the honestbee leadership team and will be tasked to lead the Marketing team as it continues to ramp up its integrated efforts to drive brand awareness and loyalty across all its business verticals.

Considered one of the industry’s most seasoned marketers, Lim has almost three decades of experience. Most recently, she was the managing director of Dentsu Singapore. Prior to Dentsu, she spent a decade at NTUC Fairprice, where she played a key role in the grocery retailer’s overall transformation as an innovative brand. She also held leadership positions in several leading agencies such as Publicis Singapore, TBWA Singapore and EURO RSCG Singapore (now known as Havas Worldwide Singapore).

“As honestbee moves forward with its vision to become a truly leading online marketplace, we are thrilled to have Christina join our growing executive bench. We are looking forward to seeing her bring to the team her deep understanding of consumer marketing and solid experience as an industry leader,” said Sng.

Lim commented: “Now on its third year of operations, honestbee has been continuously introducing innovation across the online concierge and delivery space. I’m delighted to be joining the team and leading the marketing organisation to the next stage of the business.”

honestbee is currently available in eight cities: Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Tokyo and Manila.
