Having over 180 professionals, the company provides customers with a comprehensive O+O (Offline plus Online) health and beauty services, including 20 health assessment services and 4 beauty makeup and styling services. 

Its innovative digital tools like Beauty Profile’s Skinfie Lab, eDr and Health Supplement Finder also provide personalised consultation services and product recommendations, as well as easy and convenient ways to optimise customer experience.

With eDr, customers can connect with licenced medical professionals for a one-on-one live medical consultation with only a few clicks 

Whilst, the Skinfie Lab and Health Supplement Finder use artificial intelligence to analyse customers’ skin and health conditions, and recommend suitable skincare/health supplements products. Over 41,000 users have experienced the tools, with many being satisfied with their usage.

Watsons Hong Kong comprehensively enhanced its O+O (Offline plus Online) health services, showcasing the expertise of its professional team. The team of “Watsons eDr”, “WatsChat” and “HealthQ Station” make a difference through widespread store network and effective access. Watsons has been engaging with the community, offering free health assessments across various districts in Hong Kong through the “Mobile Health Stations”, and collaborating with charitable organisations to provide community health support to chronic patients, underprivileged families and women in need. These initiatives are on track to positively impact over 50,000 beneficiaries this year. Further health advocation programmes including “Drug Disposal Programme” and smoking cessation “Quit in June Campaign” are also promoting a healthy community.
