RHB collaborates with Pos Malaysia

 

 

Post Malaysia-RHB Shared Banking Services is now available at selected Pos Malaysia outlets nationwide.



Under the first phase of the launch, 21 selected Pos Malaysia outlets in the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan have been identified for the services, while it will be available at the rest in stages.



In a statement here today, RHB Bank said the total number of Pos Malaysia outlets, will be more than 300 nationwide.

The appointment of Post Malaysia as the shared banking services provider will also result in the opening of "Easy by RHB kiosks" at the selected Post Malaysia outlets.

The outlets will be involved in the marketing and processing of retail financial products, targeting the mass-market segment that is currently underserved, especially in rural areas.

The Group Managing Director of RHB Banking Group, Datuk Tajuddin Atan said: "This partnership between RHB Banking Group and Pos Malaysia will provide RHB customers with more than 600 service touch points nationwide to perform their banking transactions. "This collaboration is still in its initial stage.We are very excited about establishing a greater,stronger relationship, and in turn bring more value to our customers."
