Retail Banking Forum 2014 sets foot in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Asian Banking and Finance embarked on the second leg of its Retail Banking Forum 2014 today in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mohit Mehrotra, Regional Head of Financial Services, Strategy & Operation at Deloitte, is the thought leader of this year's forum.

Mehrotra tackled the opportunities and challenges that await retail banking industry amidst the digital and silver tsunami.

Tim Charlton, Asian Banking and Finance's editor-in-chief, also revealed the Retail Banking 2014 Industry Outlook in the forum.

The panel was joined by Raymond Leung, Group COO, Alliance Bank.

This second part of the three-city forum was attended by senior bankers in Malaysia. Around 40 attendees from Alliance Bank, Ambank Group, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Maybank, Public Bank Berhad, and RHB Group.

The first leg was held in Jakarta, Indonesia last 7 April.
