UOB rolls out monthly ‘digital clinics' to help businesses digitise
Tech experts will provide companies with tailored digital strategies to improve productivity.
UOB is rolling out monthly digital clinics which will link small businesses with the bank’s partner tech partners to assist businesses with their digital transformation programmes.
Each small business taking part in the clinic will receive practical and one-on-one knowledge on how to implement digital solutions into their operations. They will also receive a detailed report and recommendation on the next steps they can perform to take their business forward.

Digitisation experts will be drawn from the bank’s ecosystem of partners including SAP, HReasily and Enterpryze.
The cost of the digital clinic is $90 for a two-hour session. As part of the bank and NTUC U SME’s collaboration, the clinic is being offered to U SME members on a complimentary basis.
The launch comes in handy as two in three small businesses have admitted to appreciating a more customised approach when it comes to the assistance they receive in adopting digital solutions, according to the bank’s SME Transformation Study.
“As such, we hope that our practical and hands-on digital clinics will provide Singapore’s small businesses with personalised and actionable recommendations which can then be implemented easily and with confidence,” said UOB managing director and country head of business banking Singapore Mervyn Koh.
