Ex-chief of Korea's financial regulator quizzed over bank scandal

A former top financial regulator was questioned for his alleged involvement in Korea's savings bank scandal.

 


Kim Jong-chang, 63, a former governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, was at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in southern Seoul to answer questions from investigators.
