Citi Singapore ups paternity leave to four weeks
This is in line with the bank’s new global parental leave policy across 74 markets.
Citi Singapore has raised its paternity leave benefits from two weeks to four weeks retroactive 1 January, in line with the bank’s new global parental leave policy, according to a news release.
The new policy, which establishes a minimum standard for paid parental leave across 74 countries, was unveiled after Citi assessed the leave entitlements of new parents across the markets where it is present.
The phase one of the increased paid parental leave policy has been launched in 18 markets including the Lion City, with the roll out to other 56 countries taking place throughout 2020.
New mothers continue to receive 16 weeks of maternity leave.
