Hagen is a financial regulatory counsel at Reed Smith in Singapore. He has extensive experience advising on financial regulatory matters in a range of areas, including licensing and regulatory approvals, conduct of business and governance, FinTech and contentious regulatory matters.

He is also responsible for leading teams in the provision of advisory services in Southeast Asia and Singapore.
