A trusted advisor in data modernization, Vivek has enabled businesses to grow using AI and generative AI, especially in supply chain, sales & marketing across multiple industries including financial services, telco and life sciences. Vivek has also held leadership roles in Accenture’s Supply Chain and Operations business. Before Accenture, Vivek worked across Schlumberger, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Infosys, Patni (now Capgemini), and two technology start-ups.
Alexander Trott, Banking Lead, Growth Markets, Accenture
Alex Trott is the Managing Director for the Banking Industry across Growth Markets (Asia and LATAM) and the Go To Market Lead for Data & AI in A&NZ. He has been based in Sydney since 2018 following 10 years based in Hong Kong.
Alex Trott has more than 24 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. His expertise is in wealth management and retail banking, customer channel solutions, operating model and business architecture design. He has led large scale transformation programmes as well as programme mobilisation including business case validation and solution development. He has also set-up innovation programmes and future channel laboratories for clients to help them better interact with their customers.
In his time with Accenture, Alex has held a number of roles in the Financial Services Industry Practice. He was responsible for the Retail Banking Branch and Channel practice in the UK. Alex has also held positions in a number of markets across Europe and Asia Pacific, including UK, Ireland, Australia, Thailand and Hong Kong.

Xu Yang
Xu Yang is a global partner at Tiger Brokers. He oversees the wealth management and asset management business for the whole group. The wealth & asset management arm’s AUC/AUM is over $1b consisting of stocks, ETFs, funds, options, futures and structured notes across multiple markets. Yang has 15 years of hands-on experience in quantitative asset management, ETF operations, and fin-tech.
Before joining Tiger Brokers, he spent 7 years as a founding managing member at Alpha Architect, a US-based research-intensive asset management firm now with over $10b AUM. He also co-founded TradingFront, a turnkey asset management platform for major financial advisory firms and wealth management entities. TradingFront was seeded by ZhenFund in 2017 and was acquired by Tiger Brokers in 2018.
Besides his business activities, Yang is a seasoned speaker for many fin-tech and investment-related conferences, and he gives seminars about fin-tech and investment innovations to various financial institutions. For his passions and his achievements, he was selected in the "Ten to Watch in 2021" – the yearly WealthManagement.com Industry list of ten executive leaders who will have a transformational impact on the wealth management industry in the years ahead.
Yang holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of International Business and Economics, and a Master of Science in Finance from LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. He is currently attending the EMBA program at the Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.

Yves Roesti is a Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Synpulse Group, a global management consulting firm specialising in transforming the FSI industry. He architected the group’s presence in Asia Pacific in 2008 and has grown it into 9 offices with over 500 consultants in key markets.
Since joining Synpulse in 2006, Yves has supported the largest players in the banking industry by shaping numerous digital, large-scale transformation programmes. His latest focus is on accelerating the build-up of neobanks and embedded finance use cases.
Yves holds a Masters in Computer Science and a Diploma in Economics and Information Systems from the University of Zurich. He also completed a Leadership Programme at the IMD Business School.
Rahul Bansal is an Associate Partner of Synpulse, a global management consulting firm specialising in transforming the FSI industry. He leads the Digital Transformation & Retail Banking practice in Asia Pacific and was involved in the launch of Singapore's newest digital bank.
